Okay, this one sounds taking into account a scam. Even the state screams 2012 clickbait. But trust meReelSnatch pro is lowkey amazing.
I found it in some rarefied Reddit thread (buried later than 7 comments deep below an ad for crypto). Its not upon the App Store, but their site walks you through a workaround. Sketchy? A little. But it works.
Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be amazed how scarce that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, behind it acts with it saved but nada.

Interface looks subsequently Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Why doesnt Instagram just allow us complete this? I mean, TikTok lets you save afterward audio (sorta), but IG acts afterward Reels are nuclear commencement codes. Wild.
